Suitable for classes, workshops, trainings and therapies, room hire includes:

• 14 chairs available for use, table and folding desks
• Space for up to three treatment / massage tables
• Space for up to seven yoga mats
• Yoga mats and props available
• Coat and shoe storage outside of shala
• Buzzer system
• Kitchenette, WC and garden available for your use

These great spaces in city centre Aberdeen are generally available:

• Weekdays - most mornings, some evenings
• Weekends - all day availability

The spaces are available on hourly or full-day rates and I'm very open to discussing reduced amount for regular bookings.

Please note that the spaces are on the top / third floor with no lift available, unfortunately.
